We created a simple pricing structure with a flat design rate of $75 per hour. This rate includes web page design, scanning images, creating custom graphics, transferring your web site to the servers, testing the site, registering your site with the major/popular search engines, and updating your site as needed.
We work fast and efficiently! We believe that charging an hourly fee for our services is a better, simpler method of pricing for our clients than using a separate price for each service that we provide. One of the benefits is that we only charge you for the time we spend working on your site. In other words, if you want a basic site without custom graphics, the price of your web site will be inexpensive.
Since we cater to smaller clients, we will give you ideas to keep your costs down. For example, if you wanted to include a thousand word description about your company on your web site, you could provide us with a text file of this document. Since we will only be incorporating it into your web page and will not have to type or proofread the document, this will save us time, and you money!
After we discuss your needs, we will create a web page as a "sample" for your business and display it to you on the Internet before we bill you for services. If you would like changes made, we will accommodate. If you change your mind and want to terminate our services after viewing our sample, we will not bill you at all …period! If you decide that you like our design and want to continue our services, we require a $100 deposit paid in advance before we continue. Most web page designers will ask for a deposit equal to 50% of the estimated price. Your deposit will be deducted from the total bill when your site is complete.
Since we create a web site for you based on the information that you provide, we will work with you until you are satisfied. Although we are confident that you will be pleased with our work, if for any reason you want us to terminate work on the site, you will only be billed for the work performed or other expenses incurred.
